DI Conference 2001
DI-01 took place on January 29th and 30th, 2001,
at San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.
The event's theme was "Independent Mediamakers
Confront the Digital Transformation."
Some 300 presenters and participants attended.
DI Planning sessions 2002
In preparation for D1-2004, we conducted a series of planning sessions in New York and San Francisco during 2002 that explored the changing conditions of independent media in America.
